Hilary Stewart-Jones
Hilary joined Harris Hagan in May 2018 from DLA Piper where she was co-head of the gambling practice and partner from September 2011 to 2013 when she became a consultant. She represents several international online gaming operators (including social and eSports) as well as land-based operators, and has also drafted gambling legislation (secondary and primary) for the Isle of Man and Curacao.
Her knowledge extends to key suppliers, such as software and payments providers. She has worked both in-house and in private practice for the gambling and leisure industry since 1995, returning to private practice in 2000 as a Partner at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP.
In her spare time, Hilary enjoys reading, and going to the theatre and ballet.
